About

Bsc, PgDip, PgCert, BABCP Accredited

I have been dedicated to helping others in the healthcare field since earning my psychology degree in 2008. From a young age, I was inspired by my grandfather's work as a long-standing NHS GP and the care he provided to his patients, which led me to pursue a career in healthcare.

As a previous deputy clinical lead in an NHS Talking Therapy Service, I have over 10 years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in NHS services in London. I am a highly experienced therapist and have been trained as a CBT practitioner since 2014, and am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

My goal is always to help my patients make meaningful changes in their lives, and I take an open and honest approach to therapy. I am trained in the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and specialise in treating anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Social Anxiety, as well as depression, phobias, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I have expertise in delivering virtual, face-to-face, and telephone therapy and have a strong empathy and compassionate nature that allows me to understand my patients' challenges and offer personalised and supportive care. I also have a special interest in working with people with long-term health conditions.

I review my patients' progress regularly in treatment to measure their success and provide them with the best care possible.
